3. Pricing and Payment: The pricing for our outsoles will be communicated to you based on your specifications. Prices may vary based on materials, complexity, quantity, and delivery requirements. Payment terms will be communicated in advance, and full payment is due before processing your order.
4. Modifications and Cancellation: Any modifications or cancellations to an order must be communicated in writing before production begins. Modifying or canceling an order after production has commenced may not be possible, and costs incurred up until that point shall be borne by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property: We respect intellectual property rights. Any designs, graphics, patterns, or specifications you provide us shall remain your property. However, we reserve the right to display the outsoles produced by us for promotional purposes, while ensuring no proprietary information is disclosed.

However, as production involves manual processes, minor variations in size, shape, and color may occur. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as transportation delays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. At our outsole manufacturing company, we aim to provide you with excellent products and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Returns:
1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the outsoles must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any outsoles that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

If you receive damaged or defective outsoles, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographs or video evidence of the issue. We will evaluate the damage or defect and, if found to be valid, we will either offer a replacement or initiate a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
